Do
I have to pay an applicant fee to use your services?
Bay
Area's employment services are free to job seekers. Hiring companies pay
the fee for us to find qualified employees for their employment needs.
What
skills do I need?
We ask that all employee candidates have at least two years of recent,
verifiable office experience. Job placement and wage eligibility will
depend on your current skills and experience level.
Do
you offer any employee benefits?

Do
you offer competitive pay?
At Bay Area Staffing we offer market competitive wages to all employees.
Exact wage levels are based on skills, experience and specific job
criteria.
Do
I have to come into a Bay Area Staffing office or can I register by simply
sending in my resumé?
Initial online or in-office registration are both acceptable methods. You
can submit your resume during the initial registration process. However
we do require that you come to our office in person to complete our basic
screening and testing procedures as well as a personal interview before
you are eligible for hire. You will also be asked to complete an I-9 form
and other important documentation for employment purposes.
How
frequently are the online jobs listings updated?
Job listings online are updated on our web site as they are received and
processed at our main office location.
Does
Bay Area Staffing work with companies all over the Houston metro-area?
Bay Area Staffing has clients with locations throughout the Houston metro
area. Our main focus is finding opportunities in Clear Lake and
surrounding areas (League City, Webster, Seabrook, Galveston, Texas City,
Pearland, Friendswood, Alvin, La Porte, Deer Park and Pasadena).
When
would I receive my first paycheck once I begin working for Bay Area
Staffing?
All Bay Area Staffing employees are paid on a weekly schedule. Pay periods
run from Monday-Sunday in most cases. You will receive a paycheck the
following Wednesday after the week you have worked. Employees can be paid
by direct deposit or check.
Do
you offer career counseling?
Yes. Our staffing consultants are trained to provide career advice and
counseling to assist you in reaching your employment goals.
Do
you offer free skills training or tutorials?
Yes. We have many tutorials and training applications available free
of charge to you as a Bay Area Staffing employee.
